A. Comprehensive Terms & Conditions of Service

1. Legal and Contractual Binding Scope

This master digital interface layout constitutes a formal electronic record executed in absolute conformity with the provisions of the Information Technology Act, 2000, and the statutory rules promulgated thereunder, along with the amended provisions pertaining to electronic records across various statutes of the Republic of India. This document constitutes a legally binding contractual relationship between Evyaparpay Financial Technologies Private Limited and any natural or legal person utilizing its ecosystem services.

2. Statutory Eligibility Protocols and Merchant KYC Onboarding

Any individual accessing the ecosystem services warrants that they possess the complete legal capacity to enter a binding contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872, and are at least 18 years of age. In strict compliance with the master circulars and mandates issued by the Reserve Bank of India (RBI) regarding merchant onboarding, domestic money transfers, and prepaid instrument management, all user accounts must undergo absolute validation via valid Officially Valid Documents (OVDs), explicitly including Aadhaar and Permanent Account Number (PAN) cross-matching via centralized state registries before infrastructure activation.

3. Absolute Prohibitions on Unlawful Financial Transactions

Users are strictly prohibited from exploiting the software infrastructure of ZePay Money, its associated API codes, or transaction networks to execute, facilitate, disguise, or automate transactions linked directly or indirectly to malicious cyber activities, structural financial fraud, or activities explicitly defined as illicit under the Prevention of Money Laundering Act, 2002 (PMLA). The corporation reserves the absolute right to unilaterally suspend processing assets, freeze operational ledgers, and escalate transactional data fields directly to the Financial Intelligence Unit-India (FIU-IND) and law enforcement authorities without any liability or prior notice.

4. Service Usage

By accessing zepay.money and its associated products — ZePay Asaan, ZePay Suraksha, ZePay Safar, ZePay Housing, and ZePay API — you agree to use the platform only for lawful purposes in accordance with applicable Indian laws and regulatory frameworks including RBI, IRDAI, and NPCI guidelines.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, software, and technology on zepay.money are the exclusive property of Evyaparpay Financial Technologies Private Limited. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or reverse engineering is strictly prohibited.

6. Limitation of Liability

ZePay Money shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of its services, except as required by applicable law. Service availability is subject to maintenance, regulatory requirements, and force majeure events.

7. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh.
