Yes. ZePay Money operates in alignment with RBI master circulars for merchant onboarding, domestic money transfers, and prepaid instruments. Insurance products under ZePay Suraksha comply with IRDAI regulations including mandatory 15-day free-look periods.
All personal data processing aligns with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act). Transaction records are localized within India per RBI mandates, protected by TLS 1.3 in transit and AES-256 encryption at rest.
Failed AEPS, BBPS or payout transactions where the account is debited but value is not settled are automatically reversed within T+3 operational days per NPCI and RBI turnaround frameworks. Travel refunds follow supplier policies with net balance returned in 5–7 bank settlement days.
